BRAND POLICIES

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your parcel shows as 'delivered' but you haven't received it, please inform us within 24 hours. After this period, we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • 1330 Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

Clothes, Bags & Belts:

Steps for Size Exchange:

  1. Email us at 1330studioofficial@gmail.com with your original order number and exchange details within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Use the subject line: "EXCHANGE - [Your Name] - [Order Number]".
  3. As we do not offer reverse pickup, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the size change and courier the exchanged item back to you free of charge (for the first exchange). Subsequent exchanges will incur a ₹100 shipping fee.

Steps for Return/Style Change:

  1. Email us at 1330studioofficial@gmail.com with your original order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Use the subject line: "RETURN - [Your Name] - [Order Number]".
  3. Once we confirm the return, ship the parcel back to us within 5 days, ensuring it is in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
  4. As we do not offer reverse pickup, you are responsible for shipping the item back.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit, not a bank refund. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase.

Steps for Size Customization:

  • We offer minor length alterations (dresses, trousers, skirts – 1-3 inches longer/shorter) at no additional cost.
  • We do not alter the design of the item.
  • Email us once we confirm availability for customization.
  • Please ensure accurate measurements, as we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

Damages & Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately with photos or videos if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will address the issue promptly.
  • We can only replace faulty items with the same product.

Steps for Using Store Credit:

  1. After your return is processed, you will receive store credit via email.
  2. If you cannot find the email, please check your Promotions or Spam folder.
  3. The email will contain a unique code, which can be applied at checkout on your next purchase.
  4. Any remaining balance from partial use of the credit will remain available for future purchases.
  5. Store credit has no expiration, so you can shop at your convenience.

Jewellery: Returns & Exchanges:

  • All jewellery sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will replace it promptly.
